Gati Pokhrel a 55-year-old woman and Sabina Pokhrel a 36-year-old man on the charge of abetting Govinda Prasad Nepal of Biratnagar metropolis-3 to commit suicide. Govinda Prasad Nepal attempted to commit suicide by pouring an inflammable substance on his body and setting himself on fire on the morning of March 28.
