Siraha,balika balatkaar ka aropit dharauti ma riha. Siraha/October 22 Balawa Yadav, 21, of Kachanari VDC-2, who was arrested on charge of raping a girl, has been released on bail on October 20. District Judge Uddav Prasad Bhattarai set the bail deposit as Rs 15,000. Government attorney Rajendra Katuwal sadi that he was released on bail as the medical report showed that there was no rape. He was accused of raping a 15-year-old at her home as she was sleeping on September 22. The family filed an FIR against Yadav on September 25. District Police Office Siraha’s DSP Laxman Giri said that the accused was arrested on the same day. His medical checkup was conducted at District Hospital.
