A complaint was lodged against Salbas Secondary School on May 8 on the charge of abetting Jit Bahadur Nepali a 19-year-old boy of Jwalamukhi rural municipality-6 to commit suicide. According to the brother of the victim, the school refused to give the admit card after the victim was unable to pay rs. 2100 as an entrance fee. The victim committed suicide by consuming rat poison.
