org SMS ALert: Sunsari, Balatkar ko arop ma bridha pakrau. Police have arrested Basanlal Chaudhary, 66, of Ekamba VDC-9 on October 31 on charge of raping a 13-year-old girl. The girl filed a complaint against him at Pakali Area Police Office saying that Chaudhary had called her to his home this morning of breakfast where he raped her. DSP Sudip Rajbhandari of District Police Office said that the accused was arrested soon after the girl filed her complaint. He added that the girl, who is physically disabled, had herself filed the complaint with the help of her family members. Medical check-up of the girl was conducted at District Hospital Inaruwa on October 31. DSP Rajbhandari said that the accused had been kept in the custody for investigation.
