Banke, Balika balatkaarka aropma giraftaar. Banke/ November 3 District Police Office of Banke has arrested Arjun Mahato, 18, of Bageshwori VDC-3 on November 2 on charge of raping a 13-year-old girl. The victim lodged a complaint at the local police station on November 1 accusing Mahato of raping her on October 31. She underwent a health checkup at Bheri Zonal Hospital on the same day. The investigation is underway, said DSP Sushil Singh Rathaur of DPO.
