Dhading/ November 4 District court of Dhading on November 3 has ordered to release Nil Bahadur Itani, 65, and his wife Sundari Itani, 27, of Kumaijyamang in Jyamrung VDC-7 on bail amount of Rs 12,000. A complaint of caste discrimination was lodged against them by Ran Bahadur Basel, 57, on October 28 accusing them of mistreating him on the basis of caste while trying to enter the shop. A single bench of district judge Ramesh Raj Pokharel issued the verdict in this case. The victim had lodged a complaint after the meeting between the two parties held at district police office did not reach to a conclusion. He further said that he needed a justice not compensation.
