Bimala Tamang of Khandbari Municipality-1 has lodged a complaint against her father in-law Nir Bahadur Moktan, 55 at district police office on November 6 for assaulting her. The police said that the accused will be charged if found guilty. The complaint lodged by the victim states that she was assaulted and mistreated by her father in-law for no particular reason.
