Siraha/November 11 District Court has issued an order to release Jayana Yadav, 38, of Muksar VDC-6 on November 11 after making him deposit Rs 7,000. Yadav was arrested on charge of verbally abusing his neighbor Rijhodevi Yadav, 55, of being a witch after his wife became ill. Rijhodevi filed a complaint on October 20 at Mirchaiya Area Police Office. District Judge Binod Kumar Pokharel decided to release him, assistant government attorney Hem Chandra Regmi informed.
