Chitwan, Balak hatya ka aropit birudha jaheri darta. A complaint has been lodged against Mahendra Thing, 20, of Gajuri VDC-9, Dhading at District Police Office of Chitwan on November 11. He is accused of murdering Hom Bahadur Ale Magar, 10, of Birendrapur VDC-2. DSP Shanti Raj Koirala of District Police Office said that the accused was arrested at his home on November 9 for investigation. The victim's father Ram Bahadur Ale Magar had lodged a complaint at Area Police Office, Bhandara of Chitwan after he went missing on October 19. His buried body was recovered near the banks of Pampha River at Birendranagar VDC-2 on November 6 after the locals informed police. The preliminary investigation has found that the boy was strangled to death, DSP Koirala said.
