Baglung,Farar balatkaar ka aaropit pakrau. BAGLUNG, NOV 11 - A man absconding after raping a woman in the district has been arrested on Monday. Suman Thapa, 28, from Harichaur-3 of the district who was absconding after raping a 25-year-old woman for a month, said Deputy Superintendent of Police, Shailendra Kumar Khadka, adding that the police had continued search after the victim woman complained. Lately, the rape cases have risen in the district. According to the District Police Office, the district had 22 rape cases in the last 27 months.
