Bhojpur/November 13 Gopi Darji, 36, of Amtek VDC-9 has lodged a complaint against Bal Bahadur Rai, 33, of same place at DPO on November 13 on charge of not letting him to touch water. The complaint lodged by the victim asked for the justice as the accused did not allow him to touch the water from a pond. However, Bal Bahadur denied the allegation and said that he was not allowed to touch the water because he was making pond dirty. DPO of Bhojpur said that both parties will be summoned for the discussion.
