Jaya Lakshmi Sunar, 27, of Chandannath VDC-1 has filed a case against husband Prem Sunar, 28, and his father Dinesh Sunar, 45, at the Women and Children Service Centre of District Police Office on November 16. Jaya Lakshmi accused them of beating and forcing out her from house. She said that her husband ran away after beating her and her father-in-law did not allow her to stay in the house in inebriated condition. According to the victim, she has been staying with her children at her paternal home in Gajyankot VDC-3 since July 2014 after she was forced out of the house. SI Sushila Gurung of the Women and Children Service Centre said that the accused would be arrested and action would be initiated against them.
