Dailekh, Gharnikala gareko arop ma pati birudha adalat ma mudha. Man Kumari Medasi, 24, of Kasikandh VDC-9 has filed a case against husband Jivan Medasi, 28, at the District Court on November 12 accusing him of expelling her from home after marrying second wife. According to the victim, she filed the case seeking property share after he refused to take care of her and her son following his second marriage. She further said that he assaulted her and expelled her from home. Sunil Khand, Acting Shrestedar at the District Court said that the case has been filed and the accused would be summoned in 30 days.
