Pratigya Sunar,5, studying in Himal Vidhya Niketan of Bankatuwa VDC in LKG is badly beaten by her teacher on the reason of not completing her homework given on 9th november due to which the student leg is fractured. she was badly beaten by bamboo stick ,victims mother Sarita Bikal has asked for the checkup expenses to the principal, They have send the child to the nearby clinic for the diagnosis. she has not yet reported to any institution about the incident.
