Sindhuli/ November 17 Police have arrested three people from Solabhanjyang on November 14 on charge of attempting to traffick a 12-year-old girl to India. Police made public Binod Ram, 30, of Hirapur VDC-2 in Sarlahi, Barsa Rasaili, 20, of Kalinjor VDC-4 and Meena Basel of Khayarmara VDC-6 in Mahottari and informed that one of the accused is still at large. According to Inspector Naresh Subedi of DPO, Sindhuli, the arrestees have been held in custody after extending their remand from district court of Sindhuli under human trafficking and transportation act. Preliminary investigation revealed that the girls were being taken to India via Sarlahi under the pretext of good jobs in India.
