Saptari, Ghar nikala garney pati biruddha. 17th november Suman kumari Chaudhary,27, of Malhanma VDC -7 ,currently living in her parental home on Siraha Mahadev Pothara-8 has filed a complained against her husband Sunil Kumar Chaudhary,25, and family on the reason of domestic violence and depriving her from home and she has also filed the case asking divorce on 17th November. she also said that due to heavy influence of her father in law her husband use to do violence. victim also added that her husband did not stop to bit her even after the villagers discussed the case in her favour. she started living in her parental home when she could not not bear it anymore. Similarly , Nunka Chaudhary Mandal,24, has filed a case against her husband Sanjib Kumar Mandal,19, of Khojpur VDC -6 for establishing a legal relation. Victim is currently staying with her parents at Shambhunath -6. She also said that her in laws forced her to leave the home because she was from different caste . She said that she cased the file because her in laws wrer about to make his son marry with another girl. She added that she was married to him two years back. She has adopted love marriage when she was studying in Buddhilal Higher Secondary School. She added that she has been living in her parental home when her husband went Kathmandu in search of job around six months ago and she was contactless with her husband since the day . Victim added that once when she went to her home where father in law threatened her saying that he will make his son to marry another girl and he did not allow her to enter the home ०७१ मङ्सिर १ गते मल्हन्मा गाविस-७ घर भइ सिरहाको महदेवा पोर्ताहा गाविस-८ स्थित माइत विस्थापित २७ वर्षीया सुमनकुमारी चौधरीले आफूलाई पटक-पटक कुटपिट गरी घर निकाला गर्ने पति २५ वर्षीय सुनिल कुमार चौधरीविरुद्ध अदालतमा मङ्सिर १ गते सम्बन्ध विच्छेदको मुद्दा दर्ता गरेकी छन् । ससुराको प्रभावमा परी पतिले पटक-पटक कुटपिट गरेको र गाउँघरमा छलफल पञ्चेती हुँदा पनि कुटपिट गर्न नछाडेपछि माइतको शरणमा बस्न थालेकी पीडितले सप्तरी जिल्ला अदालतमा मुद्दा दर्ता गरेको बताइन् । यसैगरी अर्को एक घटनामा खोजपुर गाविस-६ घर भइ शम्भुनाथ नपा-६ स्थित माइत विस्थापित २४ वर्षीया ननुका चौधरी मण्डलले पति १९ वर्षीय सञ्जीवकुमार मण्डलविरुद्ध कात्तिक ३० गते जिल्ला अदालतमा नाता कायमको मुद्दा दर्ता गरेकी छन् । अन्तरजातीय विवाह भएकोले सासू-ससुराले घर बस्न नदिइ आरोपित पतिको दोस्रो विवाह गर्न खोजेकोले न्यायका लागि नाताकायम मुद्दा दर्ता गरेको पीडितले बताइन् । भगवतपुरस्थित बुद्धिलाल उच्च मा.वि. मा अध्ययनरत रहँदा ०६९ मङ्सिर ४ गते प्रेमविवाह गरेकी पीडित घरमा बस्दै आएकी थिइन् । आरोपित पति रोजगारीका लागि ०७१ जेठ २ गते काठमाडौं जाँदा शम्भुनाथ नपा-६ स्थित माइतमा छाडी हालसम्म सर्म्पर्कविहीन भएको पीडितले उजुरीमा उल्लेख गरेकी छन् । पति सर्म्पर्कविहीन रहेपछि घर जाँदा ससुराले पतिको दोस्रो विहे गरिदिने धम्की दिदै घरमा पस्न नदिएको पीडितले बताइन् । मनोहर कुमार पोखरेल
