He was arrested on October 24 and was sent to prison according to district court order, said SI Dinesh Adhikari of DPO. Based on a complaint lodged by the victim's mother at district police office on October 26, police had registered the case at district court on October 27 under rape. The victim underwent a health checkup at district hospital on October 26.
