A complaint has been lodged against Cham Bahadur Gurung, 25, alias Umesh, Gumda VDC-9 at district police office on December 2 by family of a 14-year-old girl accusing him of raping her. According to the complaint, the accused, a teacher of Suryadaya secondary school, had raped the girl on November 29. The absconding teacher was arrested by the police on December 1, said Inspector Deepak Shrestha. The victim underwent a heath checkup at district hospital on December 2.
