Khimaya Shiwa (pariwar), who lived near the Ram temple in Battisputali, has been thrown out from the apartment she rented because she belongs to a so-called low caste. Initially no one asked her about her caste, but after four days, her landlord came to know about it, and she was forced to leave the apartment by the owner of the house, Dhurba Raj Lamichanne. Shiwa has filed a complaint against the landlord for caste discrimination. The landlord has apologized, and promised he will not do the same mistake again. लाम साँखेजुङ–७ घर भई हाल बत्तीसपुतलीस्थित राममन्दिर नजिकै कोठा भाडामा बस्ने खिममाया शिवा (परियार) लाई दलित भएकै कारण कोठाबाट निकालिएको छ। सुरुमा जात नसोधिएपनि कोठा सरेको चार दिनपछि जात सोधेर शिवा जातिको भन्ने थाहा भएपछि बत्तीसपुतलीस्थित राममन्दिर नजिकै घर नं. ११९/४३ का स्थानीय ध्रुवराज लामिछानेले तत्काल कोठा छोड्न दबाब दिएका हुन्। पीडित खिममायाले भनिन्,–'म सुरुमा कोठा सर्दा शिवा भनेको सिवाकोटी भन्ने बुझेेर कोठा सर्न दिइयो तर पछि शिवा भनेको परियार भन्ने जानकारी भएपछि तत्कालै कोठा सर्न दबाब दिइयो र कोठा सर्न बाध्य पारियो।' आफूसँग घरबेटीले शिवा भनेको के थर हो? साधेपछि त्यसको उत्तरमा शिवा भनेको परियार (दलित) हो भन्नेबित्तिकै तत्काल कोठा खोजेर सर्न दबाब दिएको खिममायाको भनाइ छ। पीडि
