December 13, Kamala Rai of Sittalpati VDC-7 has filed a complaint against her husband Surya Rai on December 13 saying he had thrashed her in drunken state a day earlier. In her complaint to Women and Children Service Centre, Kamala said that her husband had been beating her up in inebriated state for the last two years. The Centre has written to District Administration Office for action in her complaint.
