December 19, Area police office of Pashupatinagar has arrested Man Bahadur Darji, 35, of Pashupatinagar VDC-6 and his second wife Geeta Darji, 28, of Pyang VDC-4 on charge of polygamy on December 18. Chandra Kala Darji, 32, first wife of the accused, had lodged a complaint of polygamy against them at area police office of Pashupatinagar on December 17. Police arrested both the accused based on the complaint lodged by the victim. Inspector Ishwor Thapa of area police office said that both the accused have been charged under polygamy.
