Krishna Kumar Roka, 40, of Lamidanda VDC-6 has filed a complaint at the District Police Office Diktel on December 29 accusing husband Chhatra Bahadur Piple Sarki, 45, of threatening to kill her. She accused him of neglecting children, depriving them of food and inflicting physical and mental pain upon her. She further said that he forced her out of house on December 25. The victim is staying at her paternal home in Nerpa VDC-8 after the incident. ASI Manoj Yadav of the DPO said that action would be taken against the accused based on the victim's complaint. He said that the accused has been summoned.
