BIRGUNJ, Chiso le Sugauli ma ek jana bridha mahila ko mrityu. An elderly woman died of hypothermia in Petarwa Sugauli of the district. The deceased has been identified as Sukhani Devi (65), police said. Normal life in the district has been badly affected due to the increasing cold. Meanwhile, majority of the schools in the district have been closed considering adverse weather conditions.
