The UCPN-N cadres of Sagachok9 have refused to abide by the party circular of returning the properties.
According to the victim, Bajuraj Giri, who owns 23 ropanis of plot is being used by local Maoist cadres.
Giri's uncle, one Maoist Cadre with last name Sapkota has been farming the land. He added that the Maoists led by then Maoist district leader Bidur Bharati on May 2, 1999.
Following the capture of the properties, Giri family of seven has been displaced to Kathmandu . His house in the village is being used by his relatives.
