Writ against Supreme Court decision in Suntali Dhami case dismissed

The Supreme Court has dismissed a writ filed by 3 co-workers of policewoman Suntali Dhami who were involved in raping her. Junior policemen Biradatta Badu, Nirman Mahatara, and Dan Singh Bhandari had previously filed a writ against the supreme court's decision which ordered the case to be filed against the three without giving them a chance of hearing. The writ was dismissed by a single bench of justice Kalyan Shrestha and Om Prakash Mishra.
