Police have arrested three men in Manraja VDC on the charge of a beating after drinking alcohol on Holi. The three accused are Dambar Yadav, Pankaj Yadav, Sashi Yadav and Sanu Prasad Yadav of Manraja-2 Saptari. They had beaten Rajesh Kumar Shah of Manraja Bazar while participating Holi.
