Two students living in a hostel in Biratnagar have been seriously injured after being attacked with khukuri by a group of men while some other students have also sustained some injuries. Reportedly a group of men who identified themselves as youth force members stormed into the hostel and attacked students with khukuri and iron rods. Durga Prashad Yadav and Ram Awatar Mandal of Saptari were seriously injured in the attack. Students from another campus often came to the hostel drunk and made noise. Students of the hostel often used to have a dispute when opposing such hooliganism. Today at 5'o clock in the morning Navaraj Karki and the group entered the hostel and blindly attacked the students presumably in revenge for some prior disputes. Police are investigating the incident.
