District Court, on April 8, has remanded 19-year-old Surya Bahadur Bishwakarma aka Hambare Sanjiv of Damai Danda in Chainpur Municipality-9 on April 8. He is accused of raping a 12-year-old girl. Bishwakarma was arrested on March 13 on the charge of raping the girl on March 10. The girl’s family members tried to file a complaint at Area Police Office Chainpur on March 14. Bishwakarma was arrested on April 14 after a complaint was registered at Area Police Office, Chainpur on March 10. C
