32-year-old Ramawatar Rana of Dekhatbhuli-7 in Kanchanpur was arrested by the police on the charges of raping an 18-year-old married woman. Three days ago Rana raped the woman when there was no one at her home. Police arrested him after locals filed a complaint against him. The victim's husband is a migrant worker and is not at home. A medical check-up of the victim was conducted at Mahakali zonal hospital.
