A son murdered his octogenarian father over a minor dispute in Sekham village of Syangja district on Thursday. Tul Bahadur Thapa (83), a resident of Ganjar, Sekham VDC-4 died after being hit by a stick from his own son Bel Bahadur Thapa (60) today. Tul Bahadur had collapsed instantly after the attack. He breathed his last on the way to Pokhara for treatment, according to police. Further investigation is underway, said police.
