Indian Forest Guard detains 3 Nepali herdsmen

 Three Nepali citizens who had entered the Indian side of the border in Jamuni, Bardiya, while grazing goats have been detained by the Indian Forest Guards. The detained have been identified as Dhan Bahadur Sunar, 55, of Jamuni, Kiran Rai, 30, and Gore Nepali, 23. They were detained on June 9, 2015, and are being held since. The 55 goats they were grazing have also been reported missing. Such incidents of Nepali being detained and disappeared by Indian Forest Guards have been reported many times in the past. District police chief Govinda Ram Pariyar informed that District Forest Officers and CDO were in talks with Indian Officials for the release of the detained Nepalese.
