Police nabbed an absconding man accused of attacking another with a rod, on Wednesday. Nishan Tamang (25) of Chitlang-8, Makwanpur, currently residing in Kirtipur-3, was on the run after he attacked Bijay Lama (28) of Thapamara-4, Sarlahi in a drunken stupor, at the Tribhuvan University Cricket Ground. Injured Lama is being treated at Kirtipur Model Hospital, police said. Investigations are underway, police added.
