It has been four years since the disappearance of 17-year-old teenager Kishor Neupane, who was kidnapped from Tansen, the headquarters of Palpa. The case, which has gained prominence as a ‘High-Rank Unsolved Case’ in the Nepal Police Headquarters, has received attention from all quarters. According to Chief of Palpa District Police Office, DSP Suman Timilsina, the present and former Chiefs of Nepal Police have been taking progress report of the high-priority case. The Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) also has kept a keen eye on the case, says Timilsina.
