Police arrested a teenager, who was absconding after attacking a man with a sharp weapon, from Futung in the Capital. The suspect has been identified as Deepesh Lama (17) of Deurali of Nuwakot and currently residing in Futung. According to the Metropolitan Police Crime Division (MPCD), two unidentified persons riding on a maroon color scooter (Ba 52 Pa 1821) attacked Sita Ram Pandey (42) of Madanpur-1, Nuwakot and presently living at Samakhusi, KMC-21 with the sharp weapon at Bhandari Tole in Gongabu at around 6:30 pm on Friday. Police said that Pandey is receiving treatment at the Maharajgunj-based Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital (TUTH). Police informed that they have also impounded the scooter used during the attack. Lama is a student by profession. Police said that they are investigating into the incident
