The cadres of CPN-M (Biplav) have issued a decree in the district asking for donation. The group sent letters to development organizations demanding donation for its new campaign for radical change while safeguarding the achievements in the areas of nationality, democracy and livelihood’. The letters, undersigned by general secretary Biplav, are sent to about two dozens of offices including the offices of District Development Committee, Municipality, VDCs, District Education Office and District Health Office. CPN-M claimed that it was only seeking support. The group’s district secretary Chanda Budhathoki aka Shailesh could not be contacted for comment. DM
