Police arrested a man who allegedly killed a person accusing him of having an illicit relationship with his mother. He was arrested 9 hours within the killing of the victim due to the swiftness of Area Police Office, Sunwal. District Police Office Nawalparasi, made public Hemraj Tharu who was arrested on the charges of killing 58-year-old Shivapujan Tharu from Sunwal-9 amidst a press conference. After being arrested Hemraj confessed his crime. In the press conference policeman, Birendra Nisad who played a crucial role in nabbing the arrested was awarded a cash prize.
