An unidentified gang attacked Nepal Students' Union (NSU) Chairman and lawmaker Ranjit Karna at his own residence at Handigaun in the capital on Tuesday morning. Organizing a press meet, chair Karna has urged the immediate arrest of the attackers. He suspected that the attack was done by some members of the NSU aiming to defame him. The NSU spokesperson UP Lamichhane has condemned the attack and urged the police to take action against those involved in the attack. Lawmaker Karna’s condition is normal.
