(Update)--Rastriya Prajatantra Party- Nepal lawmaker Ganesh Thapa was injured during a clash with police in Hetauda on Tuesday. Lawmaker Thapa sustained injuries on his head while trying to obstruct the public feedback collection programme. A clash erupted outside the Hetauda-based Palpasa hall, after police barred the RPP-N cadres who were assembled to obstruct the feedback collection programme. Thapa was leading the protesters. Lawmaker Thapa along with his son Abhishek Thapa, and his sister-in-law Pralita Thapa, wife of party Chairman Kamal Thapa, among other cadres, were injured during the clash. The injured are receiving medical attention at the local hospital.
(Updated)--Cadres of Raprapa Nepal have clashed with police in Hatiya of Makwanpur today while the former were burning draft copies of the statute. The clash occurred after cadres of the party started hurling stones at the feedback collection program. More than a dozen cadres of RPP-N and three policemen were also injured during the clash. RPP-Nepal chairman Kamal Thapa's wife Pralita Thapa and central committee member Rajaram Bartaula were among the injured.
