Bomb Terrorizes Locals

A bomb, placed by unidentified group near the house of Bijaya Kedia, the chairperson of Kapilbastu Chambers of Commerce and Industries, in Krishnanagar5 has gone off at around 10 pm on November 30.

The locals informed the police after noticing a suspicious device on the tarmac at around 7.45 pm. Krishnanagar Area Police Office said the police had cordoned off the area and informed the army but the bomb went off before the army's bomb disposal unit arrived.

There was no human or physical casualty but the locals remained terrorized throughout the year. Later, Samyukta Janatantrik Mukti Morcha military commander Bhagat Singh called the media persons claiming that the bomb was placed by his group to target the businessmen who were not providing any donation to his group.
