Journalist Sandeep Yogi of Image News FM was beaten up for taking the picture of traffic obstruction caused by the parking vehicle of Chief Commissioner Lokman Singh Karki of CIAA on the road. After getting off his motorbike to take pictures of what had caused the congestion Yogi was beaten up by the police on duty at the CIAA gate. The police captured his motorbike and camera and kept it inside the premises. Police personnel returned his possessions only after one and a half hours and gave him a warning not to repeat his actions.
