A two-year-old child, Surendra Loniya from Maharganj VDC-3, Gaudhawa, died due to a treatment error from a fake doctor. The boy was given an injection called Manoshepha for treating diarrhoea by Dr Amrit Sriwastab who is running a medical shop in Maharganj. The child died on his way back home after getting the injection. According to police SP Bikram Gurung, Dr. Amrit Sriwastab has no proof of his qualification as a doctor. Police have arrested Amrit Sriwasab and are investigating the case.
