Following thorough discussion on the issue of citizenship on Saturday, the major parties has reached an agreement to put forward the provision of issuing citizenship through either father or mother's name in the new constitution. The draft of the agreement was submitted to dialogue committee by the special committee on Saturday night. The draft agreement would be presented before the CA on sunday.
