Editor and publisher of 'The Public Today' published from Gaushala in Mahottari have been threatened of life by Ramsrish Mahato, operator of Nabin Janasewa Hospital and Nepali Congress Mahottari constituency 6 Regional President. Editor Santa Bahadur Chhetri and publisher Ram Narayan Mahato received life threat in the night of August 14 over published news. According to publisher Mahato, Ramsrish verbally abused them and threatened them over the news of beating of a patient in the hospital published in the August 8 edition of the newspaper.
