The United Democratic Madhesi Front have carried out motor-cycle rally in Malangawa on Saturday in protest of the 7-state model of federalism proposed by the major parties. Normal life in and around the district headquarter Malangawa has been affected due to the continuous bandh organized by Tharuhat and UMDF. The cadres of UMDF have also man-handled two employees of customs office for operating during the bandh. The customs employees have been identified as Office assistant Bijuli Yadav and Typist Nayab-Subba Kitnarayan Mandal. The two were rescued by APF men. They were claiming taxes of consumer disposable goods like potato, meat, and onion.
