Police fire tear-gas shells at protesters in Baneshwor

Tensions escalated after protestors demanding Nepal to be declared as a Hindu state tried to cross the prohibited area in Baneshwor.
Police fired teargas shells and water shower at the cadres of Hindu Rastra Campaign led by Khum Bahadur Khadka after they tried to cross the prohibited area. Baneshwor area is still in chaos.
Meanwhile, RPP Nepal cadres have organised a sit-in at the western side of Baneshwor. RPP Nepal conducted a rally from Tripureshwor preparing to conduct a sit-in in the Constituent Assembly.
