Police have arrested 3 cadres of Biplav Maoist party in Baglung today while they were enforcing bandh against the promulgation of the new constitution. The arrested are district secretary Kaman Singh Chhetri aka Bikiran, district committee member Babulal Shakya and Ram Bahadur Kunwar. The three were arrested while they were shutting down shops in the market in compliance with their bandh against the new constitution, informed DSP Chakra Bahadur Singh. Normal life in Baglung has been affected due to the bandh called today by Biplav Maoist, Baidhya led Maoist, Federal Socialist Forum party, CPN United and Rastriya Dalit Mukti Morcha. Transportation service, market place, factories and other services remain closed due to the bandh.
