Cadres of Madhesi Morcha have planted black flag at the house of UML CA member Tarakant Chaudhary's house in Pato on September 20. Terming the day of promulgation of new constitution as black day, the Morcha cadres staged protests putting black bands in head and and hand. They also put black flag at the party office of Nepali Congress in Rajbiraj Municipality-1. Earlier, the protestors put black flags at the houses of parliamentarians Ranju Thakur, Mithikal Chaudhary, Surendra Yadav, Sakaldev Sutihar, Umesh Yadav and Ranjit Karn. Constitution Torched, House Vandalized Madhesi Morcha cadres have torched copies of new constitution in Sahid Dashan chok and Bode Barsain VDC saying that the it does not address their demands. Youths, students affiliated to the Morcha torched the charter as soon as it was announced promulgated by President Ram Baran Yadav.=
