A woman has been stoned to death by an unidentified gang in a northern VDC in district.

Krishna Kumar Shrestha aka Sukumaya, 30 of Salyadevi8, a remote village has been killed by attack of an unidentified gang at Darkha on June 2.

The body has wounds of attack by stone to its temple, locals said. The reason and gang involved in the murder has not been established yet.

Police has initiated investigation by studying the incident site today. 

Final rites will be performed after post mortem of the body at district hospital, famiy of the deceased said.
