Seven boys rescued in India

One NGO working in the sector of children has brought seven boys to Hetaunda on October 8 after rescuing them in India. The organization called Chhorachhori had rescued the boys hailing from Parsa, Nawalparasi, Bara and Achham from an orphanage in Banglore, India. The boys aged between 9 and 15 were taken to India by the agents after promising their guardians of a good return. The boys were found stranded in different cities of India. Chhorachhori Nepal’s Rita Moktan said on October 8 that they had rescued and brought the boys to back with the help of a local NGO working for the children. She said that the rescued children would be handed over to their respective guardians. The boys are currently kept at a temporary shelter. Moktan said the meeting with family after the accession of their physical health and pycho –social counselling. Some of the boys were promised jobs at Circus and for some boys, the agents had paid money to their parents.
