Youth held on rape charge in Ilam

Police arrested a youth in Ilam district on Tuesday for his alleged involvement in a rape case.
Ram Kumar Rai, 31, of Danabari VDC-9 in the district was arrested on the charge of raping a 26-year-old girl of the same village.
Police Inspector Padam Thapaliya said that investigations into the case have been initiated after keeping him in custody.
